We are super proud to share the news that ‘Ignite’, our high potential programme we designed and continue to deliver in partnership with our client Sopra Steria, has been shortlisted for the Engage Awards 2025 — in the Best Use of Training category.

I was privileged to attend the finales of two of our First Line Talent programmes that we run in partnership with two of our clients - the ‘Ignite’ programme for Sopra Steria and ‘Springboard’ for HDI Global.

It’s easy to share successes, and we certainly love to do that. It’s harder to share when there has been disappointment. However, we work experientially with our participants and that is all about learning from our experiences – and sometimes even more so when things don’t work out the way you want.
