Our Talent Forum is up for an award!

We are so proud to announce that we are finalists in the ‘Giveback’ category of the Learning Awards 2024 - hosted by The Learning and Performance Institute.

The Learning Giveback Award recognises and celebrates individuals and organisations who have supported learning in creative and innovative ways to make life better. Those who have gone above and beyond; tackled social, economic, or environmental issues; contributed to community, charity, or business initiatives, and helped others through difficult times with honesty, integrity and sensitivity. Above all, it is an award for those who have successfully used learning to support the core values of humanity.

We were nominated by our Talent Forum members.  It’s an incredible honour to have established a forum that has grown from strength to strength over approximately 10 years and has today become the go-to place to network with like-minded people across the L&D and HR community – sharing ideas, best practices, providing support and recommendations, and generally just 'checking in' with one another in a really safe and inclusive space. It's a fabulous community!

People from a diverse range of industries have established important business relationships and personal bonds through this forum – it has been a privilege and a joy to watch it grow and unfold over time.

What was once a face to face quarterly get together, hosted by our members at their business venues up and down the country is now a weekly Zoom catch up as well as an on-going supportive WhatsApp community – with the all-important face to face meetups starting to filter back in again post-Covid.  Our pièce de résistance has always been an annual end of year finale at The Shard in London! And what’s more – it’s free!

Now we need your help! For Interaction it’s not about the winning – the nomination and finalist badge is the kudos enough for us – but winning for our members would be a gift back to them.

You, the public have the final say in deciding the winner of the Giveback Award.
