We design and deliver leadership, graduate, team and personal skills development training.

Working in strong partnership with our clients, we develop emotional intelligence, change mindsets and enhance behaviours. This improves people performance, embeds good leadership practice and helps create positive learning cultures.

We work across a variety of industries and sectors, specialising in technical leadership, management and graduate development — designing training to suit your needs, your culture, your audience, your budget, and your outcomes.

Above all, we’re a behavioural training provider with a conscience and strong guiding principles. We’re a consultancy that cares — as invested in your training outcomes as you are.

 

OUR HISTORY.

 

Interaction L&D was established in 1995, beginning life back in the days when abseiling and rock-climbing were the management training norm, but having adapted experiential learning into a more effective context for the world of work. Although we’ve evolved our approach, sometimes outdoor activities still have a place — just in a more blended, time-efficient and business-focused way.

We’re also proud to be employee-owned since 2019. This symbolises our strong culture and shared values, as well as our dedication to — and belief in — what we do. Our aim is to build an even stronger, rewarding and motivating business to be part of. Sustainability in terms of having a lasting impact and a human-centred approach is the name of the game — not just for our clients but for our company and its people too.
