This could be a task, activity, business simulation or role playing work with actors. It could be a focused conversation, coaching or group discussion. We don’t have a fixed ‘one size fits all’ approach. Instead we use a blended approach to ensure the right training methods achieve the right results.
The ‘glue’ of expert facilitation holds our design together with relevant theory inputs used to support understanding. 360 degree questionnaires and applied psychology are a core part of our offering too – proven to provide greater self-understanding and insights. This could be MBTI, Insights, HBDI or JCA ei.
In fact emotional intelligence principles inform our design approach, wherever the start-point.
We also hard-wire our design into the business. Transferring the learning back to work, the ‘so what?’ of training is intrinsic to our approach. This could include briefing line-managers, focused pre or post work – and always a robust action plan to ensure your training spend generates the best possible results.

What does good look like? This is a standard question we’ll ask to make sure we fully understand what you want to achieve. We know how important it is to have robust measures in place to evaluate return on investment (ROI) and justify business expenditure.
We work in partnership with you to recommend evaluation measures which are tailored to your requirements, then build these aspects in to our training programme design.
Standard reaction level questionnaires, delegate pulse surveys and line-manager/mentor surveys are some of the common ways in which we can add value, but there’s much more.
As they say, the proof is in the pudding. Did we achieve what we set out to? Although we always formally address this at the end of a project, our approach is one of ongoing continuous improvement.
