Listening to our clients

Listening to clients is very important to us and we are keen to make sure we continue to deliver results and exceed expectations for our clients. We have had some fantastic feedback from clients in response to a recent survey. It’s good to see that what is important to us as consultants is evident to our clients and the key elements of our brand shine through in all that we do!

One of our clients said “Quite often suppliers will do as they are asked, whereas Interaction will often challenge and put other proposals forward as they have the learner at the heart of everything they do. Our working relationship allows us to debate and land the best solution for the business and our people.”

Another commented “For me personally what felt different was the genuine desire to create a module that suited where the delegates were in their development and not attempting to fit a product designed for someone else”.

Another comment was “The quality of the design and delivery of your programmes has been excellent. You are also very adaptable to changing and tweaking programmes to ensure they are consistently pitched at the right level for the audience in question. ”

Whilst the feedback was very good, we are not complacent and are continually looking to improve how we work.

 

New talent development workshop

We have recently started work with Invensys Rail to help develop their high potential managers.  We will be running a self awareness workshop as part of their wider development programme.  The interactive workshop will help participants develop their emotional intelligence and become more confident adapting their style to meet different needs.  Professional actors will be used to recreate real situations giving  participants the opportunity to practise and receive constructive feedback.
