After what was a gloomy 2016 for many, ours ended with a lovely Christmas party where we got to spend some quality time as a team - something we didn't have a chance to do during the extremely busy year. We reflected on 2016 by collating a timeline of the Highs and Lows of the year. It was lovely to see that there were definitely more positives than negatives.
One of the big developments was the launch of the refreshed brand and website - this was a whole team effort and we're really proud of the result. Let us know what you think.
We did lots of fantastic and rewarding work with our lovely clients, which included running our biggest ever Graduate Induction with National Grid, which was a great success.
We started working with Natural Resources Wales on a modular Leadership Development Programme, which has received brilliant feedback and has established a great reputation within the organisation. We look forward to continuing the good work in 2017.
So what's next?
After over 10 years at Interaction, Katie Scott - our Senior Consultant - is now a Director supporting Lucy Neale.
We're recruiting for a new Training Consultant to join our team, so we're looking forward to having a new face amongst the 'old' and the 'not so old' faces.
We've got some potential new clients in the pipeline and will continue to work with many of our existing clients including National Grid and Costain. Each have graduate cohorts who will be continuing their development programmes and new cohorts starting theirs.
Natural Resources Wales will see its four cohorts complete their Leadership Development Programme and we hope to start working with their Executive and Leadership teams too.
We will be attending many events this year, including returning to the HR Summit, AGR and the CIPD. Check out our Events page for details.
