Here at Interaction we have just run a pilot development programme for some technical experts who need to promote, role model and advocate technical resilience within their organisation. They need to be leaders; not just technical leaders but having the skills and behaviours associated with leadership. We’ve balanced skills and theory inputs with some creative work with professional actors using forum theatre and real plays allowing for lots of practice and feedback.
