Today I had the luxury of observing one of our graduate CSR programmes in action. It was really great to see first hand how much of a difference the CSR project can make to a client. The good thing is that more and more companies are realising the enormous value of such partnerships.
Weaving the behavioural learning from the project into the programme is vital for the delegates to genuinely learn from their experience and apply this back at work. Having defined stages to the programme enables this to happen with clear boundaries around planning, action and reviews.
For this particular client, this project built on earlier modules and provided the delegates with a different level of challenge. One which they couldn’t wait to get started on!
