Simon has been working in HR and Training since 1999 when he joined National Grid as a graduate. He joined Interaction in 2007. With a degree in Psychology, Simon has always been interested in human behaviour, especially in a work context.
A promising career in football was scuppered by knee problems – there again he is a Reading supporter!
