Richard has been working in training and development for over 20 years having started his career in outdoor development. Believing that experiential learning is the way to help individuals develop new behaviours he has been instrumental in growing Interaction from its small beginnings to the present day. Richard’s creativity means he is always able to bring new perspectives ensuring that programmes remain fresh and up to date.
