Online 360 degree feedback

Tangible feedback and improved self-awareness

Over the years we've often made use of our clients'; in-house 360 feedback tools to support management training programmes we've designed. Sometimes this has been as a part of the development centre or performance management process, and sometimes not.

We felt it would be useful to have a simple, generic tool available to support any behavioural development programme.

It needed to be fast, easy to administer and use, and cost effective. So, we developed our own.

Ours is called "Viewpoint 360": it's very straightforward and provides useful material for any development programme, without the complication of a comprehensive competency framework.
