Learning through outdoor experiences
Interaction’s experience in the use of the outdoors for learning goes back 20 years.
Using the outdoors for learning can be extremely powerful in many ways, and it’s a classic experiential approach that allows participants to put theory into practise, creating an environment for meaningful feedback and learning.
However, our approach has always been to ensure the experience does not eclipse the learning, that it does not become “fun” for the sake of it, but is remembered as a learning experience with direct links to the issues our client wants people to be developing.
