Graduate development conference

It’s not all doom and gloom on the graduate market - all of our graduate clients are recruiting this year and graduate development is very much on people’s agendas. Understandably, current challenges seem to be providing high impact development with tighter resources. Extending programmes beyond the UK also seems to be occupying some clients who recruit globally.

In support of this increased focus the Association of Graduate Recruiters have a development task group of which I am a member. We are in the midst of planning the one day Graduate development conference to be held on 29 March 2010 in London. The day will combine keynote speakers with interactive workshops providing an opportunity to network and interact with practitioners and providers.
