Graduate programme finishes in style

The final module of one of our graduate programmes climaxed this week with praise and recognition flying in all directions.  Graduates, with our food retail client, have completed an intense 12 month bespoke programme. 

The final experiential module, deep in the Somerset hills, allowed them to look back at their achievements and experiences during the past 12 months, take stock of the here and now and set development plans and career goals for the future.

As always there were mixed feelings of sadness of having finished a programme and excitement over each and everyone of their careers.
