Graduate development

It is so nice when a client rings to give you some great feedback! This happened the other day when my client from Alliance Boots rang to congratulate us on the programme that we have been running for their Commercial graduates.

The two year programme is for their Commercial function and is aimed to develop a talent pool of Buyers and Brand Managers. We have provided a business focused induction programme followed by a series of behavioural workshops covering relationship building and management, influencing skills and interpersonal skills. All of the modules have been specifically designed and have involved the use of a variety of approaches from outdoor exercises to work with actors.

We also provided consultancy to enable the internal training team to deliver technical training in subjects such as Brand Management.

The feedback has been tremendous - the graduates have loved the active nature of the programme and particularly enjoyed working with actors. We have made sure that the same facilitators work with the graduates throughout the programme and this has proved very successful. The graduates really appreciate the support and genuine interest that our facilitators have shown towards them. Read more about our approach to graduate development.
