Tools and methods

We're not interested in fads and phases - we are only interested in doing things well.

We'll start by understanding what the job is, then we'll select the tools and approaches to get it done.

AGR Graduate Development Conference

This one-day conference entitled ‘The Tough Guide to Graduate Development’ will take place in London on 27 March. As part of the day we will be running a showcase session with our client, National Grid themed around ‘A creative approach to graduate development’.

The session will explore how we have turned the traditional model of induction on its head to provide an experience that stresses the importance of self responsibility, learning through experience, and taking initiative. We will demonstrate how our creative, experiential approach can achieve much longer-lasting business results.

As well as attending our session, you can also go along to workshops on best practice for graduate development and hear a variety of speakers from organisations such as Somerfield, Ernst and Young, Royal Bank of Scotland, and PwC.
