Overview

The core of the programme consists of four modules spread over the first year of the graduates’ career. Experience tells us that a modular approach leads to a greater success rate of transferring learning to work. It also means that preparation work and post course assignments can be added to enhance the process.

Group size would never exceed 12 graduates.

Our facilitators have many years’ experience in working with graduate groups from a range of companies from the retail sector, manufacturing, professional services and utilities. Interaction has been at the forefront of graduate development for over twelve years and we have real experience of what works.
