Improve HR internal consulting skills

We know that HR and training managers have a tough job working across their organisation to get ideas accepted. In response to this and to client requests, we've teamed up with an experienced HR director to run a programme for HR and training managers. Read on for more:

I have gained real benefit from this programme by being able to practice in a comfortable environment commercial skills and an approach not normally expected of me in my current role. Since attending the programme I have used both skills and approach in my day to day work achieving the success and credibility I desired. I am also looking forward to the mentoring session provided as a follow up to the programme. Not usually the norm with external sources so a welcome and very useful extra.
