Steps to becoming an associate
In the first instance, we’d like some written information about you.
Essentially, we want to understand:
- your relevant past experience
- your qualifications and competence
- how you work with groups, and what this is like for learners, with tangible examples.
If this information indicates some common ground, then we will ask you to visit us for an informal chat. This will help us learn more about each other.
All being well, we would set up a couple of opportunities for you to observe our programmes, and then try to get you working for us on a regular basis.
You can send this information to Lucy Neale, or call her for a chat on 0117 315 5243.
Health and Safety
We take our health and safety responsibilities and duty of care to participants seriously. We would expect you to operate according to our H&S policy, and also to have some basic first aid training and a current certificate.
