What are our associates like?
Generally we look for experience in:
- the facilitation of experiential learning, including the use of the outdoors, actors, business simulation, workshop and interactive approaches
- corporate development and training experience
- psychometrics.
Our associates appreciate the realities of organisational life. We recognise the constraints under which our clients and their employees operate. Associates should want to help people gain practical skills and the confidence to apply these, whilst seeking improved business impact for our clients.
Our associates believe that people's personal experiences, and their own insights, are the most important. Facilitators help people develop their thinking without overplaying their own values, theoretical knowledge, or technical expertise.
Our associates are down-to-earth, straightforward and likeable. They relate to a wide range of people with confidence and without pretence - whether talking to first-line managers or senior executives.
As well as being competent and engaging consultants and trainers, our associates are good to work with. We value people who communicate frequently, effectively, and are well organised - people with a genuine commitment to working as part of a team.
